Water damage restoration, 24/7, across Central Florida
Water keeps moving after the leak stops. It wicks up drywall, soaks into baseboards and pad, and sits under tile and cabinets where you cannot see it. In Florida humidity, mold can start in 24 to 48 hours. We extract the water, find the moisture you cannot see, and dry the structure to a measured standard before anything gets rebuilt. Our lead technician is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT).

Working with your insurance
We photograph and measure everything before work starts and keep daily logs while equipment runs. That documentation goes to your adjuster so your claim reflects the real damage. You choose your contractor, and you can call us before you call your insurance company.
Our process
How we handle water damage restoration
Stop the source
We help you shut off the water and, if needed, get a licensed plumber out to make the repair.
Inspect and map moisture
Moisture meters and thermal imaging show where the water traveled, room by room. Every reading is photographed.
Extract and remove
Truck-mounted or portable extraction, then removal of wet pad, baseboards or drywall only where readings show it is needed.
Dry and monitor
Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers, with daily readings until materials reach dry standard.
Repair and rebuild
Drywall, paint, flooring, baseboards and cabinets put back so the room looks like the day before.
Questions
Water Damage Restoration FAQ
How fast do I need to call after a water leak?
As soon as the water is stopped. Clean water from a supply line becomes Category 2 or 3 water the longer it sits, and Florida humidity speeds up mold growth. The first 24 to 48 hours decide how much has to be torn out.
Will my homeowners insurance cover water damage?
Most policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, like a burst pipe or failed supply line. Long-term leaks and flooding from outside are often treated differently. We document everything with photos and moisture readings so your adjuster has what they need, and we can talk with them directly.
How long does it take to dry a house?
Most rooms dry in 3 to 5 days with commercial equipment. Dense materials like hardwood, concrete slab and plaster can take longer. We take readings every day and only pull equipment when the numbers say the materials are dry.
Do you have to cut out my drywall?
Not always. If readings show the drywall can be dried in place, we dry it in place. We remove material when it is saturated with contaminated water, has swelled, or is hiding wet insulation that cannot dry.
